Each patient's experience at our practice is important to us. As we strive to
provide the highest level of care, we value feedback on all aspects of the patient experience. This
MedicalGPS patient experience survey measures patient satisfaction from the time the appointment was
made to the time the patient spent with the provider.
Visit Preparation: Measures how courteous, respectful and friendly the clinical
staff was during the patient's visit.
Provider Explanation: Measures whether providers at this practice gave clear,
easy-to-understand explanations during the patient's visit.
Office Wait Time: Measures how satisfied the patient was with wait time during
Patient Recommendation: Measures how likely the patient is to recommend this
practice to family and friends.
Dr. Steven DiBiase has been a part of the Tulane Cancer Center team since 2014 and has extensive clinical and research experience in radiation oncology. He has authored over 40 peer-reviewed publications on various topics, including prostate cancer, breast cancer, DNA repair, and he is a national leader in the management of prostate cancer. Dr. DiBiase received his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his residency in radiation oncology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he was chief resident. Board certified in 1999, he served on the faculty at the University of Maryland; the Cooper Health System/Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine; the DVU Cancer Center in Cherry Hill, NJ; and the University of Tennessee before coming to Tulane.
