Elizabeth Crabtree, MD

Dr. Elizabeth Crabtree is a board-certified neurologist and Associate Professor of Neurology. She received her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine and trained in immunology at the Institute of Medical Sciences at the University of Tokyo. She completed a neurology residency at UCLA Medical Center and was a National Multiple Sclerosis Society clinical fellow at the University of California, San Francisco. Her areas of interest include building a multi-disciplinary model of care to address the often complex needs of patients with multiple sclerosis, with focus on providing targeted diagnosis and treatments for the successful management of MS. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Medical Association.
